smoked beetroot

Fresh Fife beetroot, cooked, peeled and laden with oak smoke.  Delicious with goats cheese, salads or any of our smoked fish or meat.  (Not really dry stores but will keep refrigerated for a couple of weeks).

smoked beetroot and orange salad with rocket and smoked nuts

Segment three oranges, squeeze out the juice of what's left, slice beetroot and arrange with rocket and orange segments. Drizzle with smoked herb olive oil and orange juice - sprinkle with smoked nuts.  Clean and tasty!
